• In the back part of the garden of the plot is also our Agnes community school. Thanks to the spacious and thoughtfully arranged space, both objects – the Hillhouse and the community school – do not interfere with each other. The plot is divided by a house, fruit trees and a fence, which ensures a harmonious separation of the two parts. Perhaps your children will also want to take a look at our school, where we learn "differently".

The house is rented either only as a ground floor (2 persons) or completely as a whole with an attic (2-6 persons)​

Ground floor, capacity 2 people:

• Bedroom with a double bed (the bed is made to order from century-old massive beams by Šumawood)

• Living room with fireplace and sofa bed with two full size beds

• Smart TV with Netflix

• Fully equipped kitchen connected to the living room

• Coffee machine for nespresso capsules

• Separated toilet

• Bathroom with a very spacious shower, the shower is equipped with several water massage jets and two shower heads

​Attic, capacity 4 people:

• 2bedrooms with a double bed (the bed is custom-made from hundred-year-old massive beams by Šumawood) plus a fold-out single bed

• Toaleta

• Underfloor heating on the ground floor, radiators in the attic, the house is heated by a heat pump or a fireplace in the living area of ​​the house (wood for heating included in the price)
